Hello, Night Owls! I am here again with a very useful tool for you: Padlet. Me and my dear classmates: İrem Sıla Çimen, Berkay Bozkurt, and Şule Demir made a page on Padlet about climate change which is a very important issue of the twenty-first century. Padlet is a platform in which you can create single or multiple walls that are able to house all the posts you want to share. From videos and images to documents and audio, it is so useful. However, while my friends and I tried to embed a link to a photo or gif, we could not do it, instead, we wrote it down below the post. On the other hand, it’s collaborative, too, allowing you to involve students, other teachers, there is a special section for teachers. Since the fact that it is a collaborative tool, I think it contributes greatly to twenty-first-century learning skills. Other requirements of twenty-first-century learning skills can also be found effectively on Padlet such as creativity. Padlet presents a great variety of design ideas, page structures, and colors.
