Hey, Night owls!
I made a podcast about improving the world and there was a challenge for me which was it had to be in only sixty seconds. The challenge was inspired by BBC’s podcast program, you can also check it out. My idea to improve the world was recycled art. I am fond of art myself, and I thought it was a good idea to share it with people. The fact that you can both Express yourself and improve the world into a better place was my main point. While doing the podcast, I used Podomatic which was an easy, basic way to do a podcast. I did not use its recording tool, instead, I used my own recording tool and then embed it into Podomatic which worked great. I really enjoyed using Podomatic. To me, Podcast is a new and effective way to education. It has so many advantages: it encourages collaboration. As a twentieth-first skill, collaboration is so important, and podcasting is a great way to improve it. Also, it is motivating for students. It gives an authentic environment. Last but not least, it encourages self-paced learning. Don’t hesitate, do a podcast about a topic you are interested in, I am sure you’re going to love it.
